part # for 5/16 line to water filter. How to remove old line from factory connection.
The water tube for your unit from the filter to the valve is part number 5210JA3004K. In order to release it from the filter or the valve you will first need to remove the little clip in between the valve and the outer ring where the tubing goes in. You will then push in on the ring and pull straight out while pressing the ring.
What are the inside and outside diameters of the hoses on this refrigerator?
Answer Hello Chelle! The water line from the valve to the icemaker is part nmber 5210JA3005A and is a 5/16" tube. The "out" water filter tubing is part number 5210JA3004U and is a 5/16" tube. The "in" water filter tube is part number 5210JA3005Q and is a 1/4" tube. Thanks.
The water tube that comes out through the front door is leaking. There is no way to cut some part of the tube and put a coupling. Please let know how to
replace a brand new tube, so I can use the water dispencer from the front door.
Answer Hello Frank. You will disconnect the tube under the freezer door. Then unsnap the dispenser cover and remove the housing. Pull on the old tube and remove it from inside the door. Take the new tube 5210JA3005A and start at the dispenser and feed it through the dispenser and out the bottom of the door. Hope this helps.
There are 2 tubes: one white and the other blue that go to the water filter. I need the blue water tube. What's the part #? Is the installation of it pull out and push in or is there another procedure?
Answer Hello Carlos! For the given model, LSC26905SB, all the tubing to this appliance are all white in color. The manufacture does not list which tubing goes to what locations, however, viewing the diagrams it seems you may need part number 5210JA3004U. Depress the fitting and pull the tubing out. Thanks.
