The washer puts in way to much water.it will fill so much that the ruber gasket on the door deflects and starts pouring out the door. But the washer has the ie code flashing water won't shut off
Answer Hello Kelly. If you can stop the water from entering the machine by turning off the timer or unplugging the unit, you will need to look for a bad pressure hose or replace the pressure switch. If the only way to shut off the water is at the shut off for the water hoses, you will need to replace the water valve in the unit.
I have the same issue with my washer as did Lorri. In your explanation to her, you advised to clean out the drain pump, but, I did not see any instructions as how to do that. Are you able to explain further? Thanks much.
Answer Hello Linda. On the bottom left corner of the washer is an access panel. You open this panel and unscrew the filter out of the pump. Clean out anything in there blocking the pump. Remember, when you remove the filter any water in the unit will come out at full speed!! Be ready to catch or clean up the water.
