Washer does not pump into tub but comes out all over the floor.
Answer Hello Mike,
There is a hose off or a hose nipple broken off of the dispenser unless the hose from the dispenser to the outer tub is off or ruptured. This is the kind of thing that the machine will have to be opened and inspected to find the exact issue. To open the unit, you should use a paint scrapper or putty knife to raise the top. There is a spring clip on each side from the main top to the main front. If you depress it on the left side while pulling up on the main top, then shift to the right side, the main top will raise up. This will allow you to look at the hoses. When you find the issue, if you re-post or call 1-877-477-7278 we will be very happy to help you find and price the part.
When it is off the drum fill up with water in a 24 hr. period. Could it be the inlet valve?
Answer Hello. Yes, based on the information you provided, it sounds like the water valve 5221ER1003A is bad and will need to be replaced. Hope this helps.
On the cold water inlet valve, there are 3 solenoids, 2 of them “bounce” open and close in rapid succession, when current is sent to them, it results in shaking my hose hold water pipes right out of their hanging brackets. I have already ruled out water hammer in the pipes, and I noticed that when I switch the leads on the solenoids, the “bad’ ones stay bad, and the good one stays good. This can’t be normal, can it? I think the fill valve assembly is bad...
Answer Hello Dean. It is normal for the solenoids to shift between the fill valves. However, if it is to much and is not like the normal operation of the unit, you will need to replace the water valve 5221ER1003A. Hope this helps.
My washer runs its cycle and stops at the spin cycle and flashes U E. Why?
Answer Hello Dan. An UE Error Code is indicative of a “Unbalanced Error”. This indicates that the drum is not
spinning in a smooth rotation. It may be necessary to rearrange the load in the drum. Hope this helps.
