One of the wires to the drain pump ripped off, I replaced it 3x. I keep thinking I'm not crimping it good but when I get the pump off to check the wire just keep breaking off. Wires still be under the crimp. Just the one side keep breaking off.

The washer won't drain. Repair person has replaced the pump assembly, the main pcb (Manufacturer number MES-AG3MOD-S2), and the pressure sensor. It still gets stuck in mid-cycle and then gives an "nd" (no drain) code. Could the problem be the user control board (Manufacturer Number MFS-WF318A-T0)? What's the best way to test whether that board is the problem?

My washing machine won't drain. I have checked for blockages and there is none. I just purchased and replaced the pump and it still isn't working. The manual says I should test the voltage at Pin #3 of CN1 and Pin #5 of CN4 when the pump operates. I am not seeing a reading. I assume it is safe to say it is the control board that is bad and needs replaced. Are there any other tests I can run to confirm this to be the case?

Everything was running fine, but the drain pump housing had cracked. I replaced the housing and now I have a nd code and a washer full of water. I checked the power with at the pump with a volt meter and only got a very small reading. How do I continue to test things without getting a tube full of water every time? Also, is there an easy way to trace the voltage back along the wires? They appear to run under the washer toward the front. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.

I get a nd code. The washer will drain some of the water but not all of the water and will not spin. Checked the pump and it isn't clogged. However the drain hose was full of brown/black slimey gunk. We have cleaned the drain hose and have not put the washer back together to test. Wondering if the gunk in the drain hose was our problem or is the pump going bad? Thanks.

I received an error message Not Draining check the drain pump filter. I checked/cleaned the debris filter and tried to spin out the load. The machine made quite a bit of noise and near the end of the spin cycle again gave me the error message. I pulled the washer out, found the instructions for quick tests and ran the test for circulation/drain pump. The circulation was fine but the drain did not drain - it however did not give me any codes whatsoever. Do you think it is likely a drain pump issue, an electrical issue (control board) or what??? How do I figure this out?

Hello- Our washing machine is not draining properly. The drain pump propeller which is visible once you remove the debris filter cap is loose and makes a bunch of noise when attempting to drain. If I push it back on with a screwdriver I can typically get one or two drain cycles out of it, but then it comes loose again I am looking for advice on the part(s) needed to do my repair. Do I need to order the drain pump? Anything else you suggest? There does not appear to be any other issues. Thanks for any help!
