Fridge just stop cooling one morning, pull fridge out to investigate and discovered condenser fan motor burnt. Ordered new parts from you guys, got it and installed. Plugged it in and run it for a while and still not cooling. Condenser is clean, fan is running, compressor makes clicking sound, humming and vibrating so I assumed it's running properly. Opened the evaporator panel to check, evaporator fan is running but it seems like the only two upper part of evap tube are slightly cool and the rest downward are warm. What does this indicate? What else do I have to check? Also before all these happened the side and front of the ref were always warm which I thought was normal. I don't know either how long the condenser fan was out before the fridge stop working. How long will the fridge work without a condenser fan? Will it affect the compressor operation? Please help, let me know if I can still get this fix and what parts I still need to replace to get this working. I don't really want to spend $1000.00 for a new one if there's still hope to get this fix. Respectfully, Elvis

My Samsung refrigerator is -20 F in the freezer section and 40 F in the fridge. Changing the temperature settings does not help. The coils inside the freezer section are NOT frozen over with ice. I have also replaced the main board. I have also tested all thermistors in the appliance and they read around 5k-6k ohms in ice water and 12k ohms at room temperature. All fans in the unit operate, I dunno what else to try I'm ready to push this refrigerator into the river.

Freezer works fine, but refrigerator side freezes over on coils and the fan will not work. Had the fan checked and it is good.

Our Samsung RS2630SH refrig has slowly died. We noticed that the Ice cream started to get soft so I put a thermometer in the freezer and it varied between 0 and 40° F. I ordered and installed a new Defrost Sensor and a Thermo Bimetal Protector this evening and plugged in the refrig (with thermometer in it) After an hour the temp did not change. I pulled the refrig out and could not hear or feel and vibration from the compressor. I unplugged the refrig removed the main board cover on the back and plugged it back in. I could here the relays on the board click and both the evap and condensor fans started running, but no compressor. So I read some things on your website that it may be the start relay. I removed both the relay and the OLP(Overload Protector). I measure the voltage between the line going into the OLP and the line going into the Start Line , then I measured between the same line going into the OLP and the Run Line and both time I got a voltage of about 24 VAC and once the relays clicked on and the fans started running the voltage jumped up to 30VAC for the Start Line and about 35 VAC for the Run Line. Basically I was measuring voltage without both device attached when I did this. Does this indicate a bad relay? a bad run capacitor? or a bad compressor? Are there any other test I can preform to verify whats wrong such as hooking the compressor directly to 110AC? Any help is greatly appreciated.

I just repalced the Condenser Fan Motor that went bad and now the frig/freezer will not get cold. I can hear the compressor clicks on then back off again. Do you think it's the Start Relay or does that sound like the compressor itself going bad? Just don't want to keep putting money into this if its more to it than that. Thanks
