My cooktop has several problems. The elements aren't heating properly, either too hot or not hot enough. One of the larger elements doesn't work at all, and one is loose, so it has to be wiggled while cooking. All the knobs are worn out. The power light on one side is burned out. I want to get everything working again, so I'm willing to replace whatever parts it needs, but I need help with which are the correct parts for my stove. I had a repairman service it, but I think he accidentally shorted a wire and gave up. Please let me know all I need to order.
Hope for Model Number Jenn Air AC100
Answer Hello Hope,
The surface element getting too hot will be the fault of the infinite switch. Sometimes the surface element not getting hot enough is the infinite switches fault and sometimes it is the fault of the surface element receptacle. If the receptacles are loose. it will actually cause the electrical connections to burn on the elements themselves and they will also have to be replaced. The power light may or may not be burned out since it is activated by the infinite switch.
It sounds like from the condition of the unit, you should start by installing receptacle kits for each element and before ever applying voltage, replace the surface elements also. The infinite switches should all also be replaced. After these are replaced you will be able to determine if any hot surface indicator lights or power indicator lights are inoperative.
What is the depth of the Whirlpool AP4090451 and AP4090338?
This particular jenn-air uses shallow drip pans not to exceed 1.25 inches.
James for Model Number jenn-air 2375-90ers
Answer James, unfortunately, we do not have the depth available for the drip pans part numbers 715877 and 715878. If you can double check your appliance model number and also supply your appliance serial number we will be glad to further research and verify which pans will work on your appliance. Thanks.
Hi
My unit has white drip pans - will these chrome ones fit?
Are white ones available?
Thanks
Newhoo for Model Number Maytag CSE7000ADE
Answer Hello. It seems that the manufacturer has discontinued both the 6" and 8". The manufacturer also did not offer a replacement for these drip pans. You are more than welcome to try the chrome one's to see if they are compatible, here is a link to our return policy: http://www.appliancepartspros.com/customerservice/returns.aspx . Thanks!

My Maytag Range is supposed to have sealed burners but they become loose and the inside gets corroded and I have had to replace them twice. I am in the process of sending for another set of burner parts. What causes them to be unsealed, and is it possible for me to get drip pans for this model?
Antonia B. for Model Number MGR4452BDS
Answer Hello Antonia. If the burners are constantly removed, it can cause them to become loose and need to be replaced. If installed and not removed, they should be fine in the unit. If not, you may have a bad top assembly 2001M101-09. There are no drip pans for the model number you provided. Hope this helps.

Becky H for Model Number DW860B
Answer Becky, The model number you supplied is for a Jenn Air dishwasher. But there is a 99.9% chance the part number you supplied will fit your basic Jenn Air coil burner element stove or cooktop. Thanks and Good Luck

Answer Hello Michael, we show that this drip pan is compatible with most jenn aire cartridges. To be sure, you can locate the model number of the cartridge you have and we should be able to find a parts breakdown for the unit. Hope this helps!
