My Kitchenaid dishwasher has two broken axles for the upper arm. Put in place 3.1.13. Now 4.5.15. Two year warranty! What replacement part number do I need? The part number listed on my existing albeit broken one is: W10350374. Thanks, Mark

I need to replace the adjuster on both sides of the upper rack due to the roller axles breaking off. It's still not clear to me if I need to order two of part W10712394/AP5956100 or just one. Others have asked about this and your replies were that there is one per package, but another reply said there were 2 of each piece in the package. Could you clarify? Thanks.

I need to replace both upper rack adjusters. Your part number is AP 5956100. The description seems to indicate that only one (1) adjuster is included under this part number, but the photo on your web page shows two complete adjusters. How many of this item should I order ? Thanks, Bob W.

The slide glider has broken, this is the very end on the top rack. Which allows the rack to come completely out of the wheels that are attached to the inside of the dishwasher, so that top rack will fall. I have fitted it back on the wheel racks and I just have to be careful to not pull the top rack out too far. What part would I need?

The plastic snap axles on the top rack adjuster of my KA dishwasher have broken after 1 year of service. After looking at this site, it's apparent that this is an epidemic, showing very poor engineering for a dishwasher that costs over $700. Has the manufacturer come up with a fix for this obvious design flaw? A riveted metal axle and wheel assembly is what should have been used in the first place, given the weight, stress and strain the top rack is subject to.

The plastic "axles" that hold the wheels on the upper rack have broken. According to the parts diagram I need #4, the adjuster on both sides. AP 5272176, I think. My model has the premium top rack adjuster, which seems to have #2 "housing" on them. I want to replace the adjusters, but don't know how to get the old ones off, without breaking something. Your help by e-mail perhaps with pictures or a video would be much appreciated. Thanks.

I am at my wits end. I keep replacing parts and then others break! I have now replaced the adjuster on both sides due to the rollers plastic pieces breaking (AP5272176), along with the housing (AP4567755 and cooresponding other side) and covers - (which break - side prongs - when you try to replace the housing - so buy extra covers if you plan to replace housings). What doesn't make any sense is the picture shows part numbers 5 and 6 - adjuster AP4566229 and positioner AP4566230 as 2 each for this assembly. But each side has only one adjuster and one positioner - there can not be 2 positioners and 2 adjusters on one side of a adjuster AP5272176. What I need to know is - Is the positioner AP4566230 supposed to keep the rack up when the mother adjuster (AP5272176) is in the top position? Right now, with any weight on my top rack, it slides down into the lowest position. Nothing stops it from sliding. What is going wrong? Very sad as I had my previous dishwasher for 8 years and never had to replace any parts. 2 years later with this model and I have spent nearly $150 on parts and I am still not satisfied with it's features - or lack of.

I have Kenmore dishwasher. I need an upper drawer adjuster assembly. The web site says the assy. number is W103503376. The part I am looking at says the assy number is W10350374. Are these the same parts?

We are trying to replace the adjuster on the top rack of our dishwasher. We don't want to order the part until we know how to remove it. We're down to the final step, but cannot seem to separate it from the rack 'wire'. It looks like we have to squeeze three tabs at once to separate it, but are worried we'll break it. Is there a trick, or a special tool for this?
