Why is Affresh TJ120 cleaner NOT compatible with my

Answer Hello Deb! You will need to remove any clothing articles from the washer and place an Affresh tablet in the washer tub. Run the washer with no clothes on it on a "Normal" or "Clean" cycle. Remove any residue that may be left behind. Hope this helps you, thanks!

I have what they call a top loader but its the front loader just made to open on top. I just purchased the tablets is this the best product for my machine? All my clothes towels when met with sweat or water has a terrible moldy smell. Please tell me how to use the product to effectivy clean the machine for my type of machine.

Answer Hello Debbie. Yes, you are using the correct tablets. You may need to use three at one time of the affresh W10135699 to remove the odor and then use one tablet a month after that. Also, as soon as the unit is finished, it is important to remove the clothes and place them in the dryer at that time to prevent odors.

Will the Afresh cleaner take the mildew on the front rubber portion of the washer?

Answer Hello Claire! The Affresh Washer Cleaner W10135699 removes the mold/mildew buildup and rids the washer of the smell assosciated with these build-ups. If the boot gasket 12002533 is heavily molded it would be best to first replace this item and then continue to the monthly Affresh tablets. Thanks!
