I do not see a bolt in the agitator, Do you use a half inch drive to remove the center of the agitator to get to the dogs. Thanks

Upon removing the upper and lower agitator and putting my feet on the lower agitator and pulling as hard as I can to remove the upper agitator to install new agitator cogs, the upper agitator will not separate. Almost seems like they are frozen together. Please help with info. Thank you

My lower agitator for this model (circa 1995) does not look like the one in the schematic. It does not accept the inner snap-in type of thrust washer, but instead has just the flat type thrust washer with the raised teeth (3951608). Doesn't seem like that flimsy piece would engage securely into the upper agitator. I have watched all of the videos by Matt, but don't see my type of lower agitator. It is stamped with two numbers: P/N 3951596 and WC-1 (3951632) Please advise before I buy the wrong part, or more parts than I need. Thanks.

I cannot get the dust cap off to see if I need to replace the agit dogs. There is nothing to grab on to make it come loose. Thanks!
