I do not see a bolt in the agitator, Do you use a half inch drive to remove the center of the agitator to get to the dogs. Thanks

I love your videos and info... extremely helpful. But I removed the agitator cam assembly to check dogs just in case as I was ordering other parts, they looked fine and when I put it all back something must be wrong as the dogs now seem to slip every third or fourth turn... how could I have put it back together wrong? It looks correct. There does seem to be some play between the sides of the agitator teeth and the cam though?

Received agitator dogs ordered from you, although have not been able to install. I am not able to separate upper from lower agitator. Also upper agitator has 1/4" play/wobble. Does this mean agitator needs repaired or just replaced? I followed your video to no avail. Also if there are other maintenance procedures I need to perform in doing this repair please advise. I don't want to do this 1/2 way. thanks, Have a blessed day

After removing the agitator bolt I can't get the agitator out of the washer no matter how hard I pull up on it. Any suggestions? Also when doing the capatibility check it says the agitator dogs are not compatible with my model. Not sure what to do. Thanks

I have tried to remove the bolt holding the agitator but can not reach the screw. I tried a 1/4' deep well socket and a 5/16' socket seems not toreach the head of the bolt. Tried sone other sockets but no luck help
