My washer seems to have water left after a spin. The clothes are wrung out, but I can hear it sloshing when I turn the tub. Is this a problem with the drain hose? I need to have it at a 45 degree slant to reach the drain pipe.

The door will not lock unless it is slammed in a certain way. If it is not shut there is a clicking sound and the machine will not work. If I do get it closed it works fine. I am wondering if I need a new lock piece or a door alignment? Thank you so much for your help.

Hello, I am trying to avoid buying a new appliance because I believe that the repairs neccesary offset the cost of a new appliance. I have a MAH5500BWW, and recently it started malfunction on the spin cycle; it would begin the spin cycle countdown, but then as time elapsed, the count would go from four minutes remaining back to 12, and leaving the contents soaking wet. After taking the console apart I found the factory trouble shooting document. I then proceeded to remove the front panel, and found the belt laying inside the body off both pulley and motor. I have since ordered a replacement from you, however in dire need of fresh laundry, I thought that I would try to squeeze another wash off of the worn old belt. My new problem is that now the door does not fully shut, and despite the door lock solenoid sounding like it has activated, the door still will pop open. I have only received the LO error, indicating the door locked, but the door is easily opened. Will the latch assembly be the solution to this issue? Thank you!
