How do I get the breakdown of this pump? Where I can order the fan blade?
Answer Hello Mitch. You can not order parts for the pump. If the impeller is bad, you will need to replace the pump 34001098.
I have found no pump is a very weak pump, I have put screen i rubber cone, and has worked 4 years without failure, and have cut front access hole in front pannel, made pannel cover to, but is there a better fix , very poor design.
Answer Hi David. They have updated the part internally as the impeller is better formed on the shaft and not to break and spin freely. It is part # 34001098. Make sure the tub-to-hose pump is clear and there is a anti-siphon cap on the drain standpipe so the inner diaphram opens as the draining effect happens. Make sure that the drain hose is not kinked creating back pressure and the drain standpipe is not further then the use and care manual suggest. Thank You.
My washer will not start. It has electricity, but it will not start. Had a repairman come out and he got it to start. After he left I started to use it, water was standing in it and it has not start at all. Code come on nd
Answer Hi Joann. The nd code is no drain. Remove the front lower panel. Clean out the drain pump and incoming hose (sump hose) to the pump. Check to see if the pump impeller is stripped on the shaft and not allowing full speed pumping. Is there too much sudsfrom over soaping? This will cause a air-lock (cavitation) in the pump and it will not drain also. Then this will allow the pressure switch to close and tell the washer to start. The pump is part # 34001098. Thank you.
