I have a mvwb300wq1 washer. There is a metallic tick during the wash cycle on heavier loads only! I removed the basket to look for a problem and found that the lower plastic section of the basket has water in it, Is this normal, if not could this be causing the problem? Would this be covered under the 10 year warranty?

My washer overfills and will not agitate. The code is OL. I have changed the interface board and checked for anything under the wash basket. The basket appears to have water in the lower chamber. Could this be my problem. If so what is the solution.
