I opened the back panel of my freezer to get to the bimetl-def, which I have located, but my problem is that one of the bimetl-def (Brown)wire is connected to another wire (which leads to something else),crimped onto a wire connector with a male pin on the other end. I would have to cut both wires to disconnect the bimetl-def from the wire connector in order to change it out. My question is, I can't find the wire connector (with the male pin on the end which is inserted into a harnest), to fasten both wires.

Hello: Few weeks ago, the feezer had ice build-up. I replaced the Refrigerator Defrost Heater and the feezer worked fine and no more ice build up. Few weeks later, I noticed the refrigerator temp is not cold (milk went bad) and feezer is buiding ice again. I replaced the Refrigerator Thermostat but the did not fix the issue. Should I replace Refrigerator Defrost Thermostat ?
