Do you folks sell the two small plastic clips that are found in the center rail P/N AP4695676 (Whirlpool part number W10326469)?
It does not appear that the 2 small plastic clips that you are referring to would be available separately. This may be part of the crisper frame assembly.
I need a center rail for the lower bin. Will W10326469 fit? If not, what should I use? Thanks
Answer Hello Michael,
W10671238 is the center rail listed for the model number you posted.
What size is the center rail part?
Answer Ida, the center rail is approx. 15" long. Thanks.
Will this fit a Kenmore model 5967551440?
Yes the center rail for your crisper drawers is part number W10326469.
Why does the center rail brake so easily? I noticed others have the same problem. I just received a center rail and it lasted only a week!!
Answer Daniel, First check and make sure the metal shelf brace 12642303WD is still in the channel on the bottom side of the crisper shelf front trim. Make sure the center bracw is positioned and "locked" in place, the shelf is properly supported by the shelf supports on all three sides, and the shelf is not being "overloaded" with large or heavy articles.
Can you please email me a service/repair manual for this model?
Answer Hello George,
At this time the service manual is not available. You may want to contact manufacturer to see if they have one.
Is there a weight limit on this drawer I keep breaking the center bracket?
Answer Hello Jenny! There may be a certain weight limit however, we do not have this information available. Make sure that the center bracket is being installed properly and the installation is not the reason that the part is breaking. Thanks.
this is the fourth time i will be replacing this part. why obviously other peolple are experiencing same problem
Answer Frank, There are a couple of things to check when you work on the crisper frame, Make sure the metal support brace is in place 12642303WD on the underside of the frame. Make sure the frame and supports are not cracked or loose/broken. Install the center support, and clean the side rails of the crisper bins, and lubricate with a thin coat of "Vaseline" so the bins slide smoothly. Good Luck and Thanks
