Does it come with the wiring harness or do we have to get it separate?

Will a CCU number 8182687 replace number 8182689 and work properly on a HE 4 Washer?

These two parts have different part numbers because they are different. They will not interchange because, even if they connected to the wiring, the controls are programmed differently and would not work in a model they are not listed for 110.45991400. The only CCU that will work for this model number is 8182689.
Replaced basket. Everything was working fine before, but when everything was replaced we tried to start, no lights. We have power the main control board. What is the problem?
Answer Hello Mike. You need to look for loose or bad connections on the wires and see if there are any broken wires on the unit. It sounds like something did not get plugged back in on the unit.
The washer starts to go then stops and gives me F11 error code sometimes its an F14 error code. Either way it won't run.
The F11 error is a serial communication error which means that the communication between the Central control unit (CCU) and the Motor control (MCU) cannot be sent correctly. You will want to look at the following :
1. Unplug washer or disconnect power.
2. Check wire harness connections to the MCU, the motor, and
Central Control Unit (CCU).
3. Check the drive system for any worn or failed components.
4. Plug in washer or reconnect power.
5. Verify CCU operation by running a Diagnostic test or any

The F14 error code is an EEPROM error which means that the CCU receives its data from an EEPROM onboard the CCU. IF there is an error reading this data it will cause the error. A power glitch could cause this error. Verify CCU operation by running a diagnostic test or any cycle. Based on these 2 issues it sounds like the CCU would be the issue with the unit.
When you press the power button, it won't light up but a code 1 will come up. Is my ccu board burnt out are is something else bad?
The F1 error code is an indication of Pump driver/Main relay/EEPROM error. Check for loose power outlet. A loose power plug in the wall can create a line noise and issues. Check if the washer is on a dedicated circuit. Other devices on same circuit can create line noise and cause this issue. Unplug the washer or disconnect power. Make sure that wire harness connections from the CCU are not broken or with wires detached, and that connector internal pins are visible. Make sure that all green wires (ground harness system) are not broken or detached. Make sure the two ground switches are pressed correctly by the toe and rear panels. Make sure all connectors are fully seated. Plug in washer or reconnect power. Check for power going to CCU by listening for a click in the CCU when unit is plugged in washer or when reconnecting power. If the unit still has the error then the control board would need to be replaced.

The F06 error code is an indication that there is a drive motor tachometer error. You will want to unplug the washer and check the wire harness connection between the motor and motor control unit (MCU) and from the MCU to the central control unit (CCU). Also check for operation of the drive motor and for drive motor powered rotations. If the wiring checks ok then you would also want to access the tech sheet and do the drive motor and MCU test on the unit. If both check ok then the CCU would need to be replaced.
