Hi, We are having a problem with our KitchenAid side by side refrigerator. First, the LED display on freezer door went out (the one that tells you how many ounces of water, crushed vs. cubes, etc.). Then, later we discovered that we could no longer select crushed ice. Then MANY months later even cubes won't come through the chute. We suspect the last problem is unrelated tot he first 2. So, the questions are 1) do we need to order a new control panel (item number AP3882921 - please confirm that is the right number) and 2)Is the ice not coming through the chute a different problem or will the control panel fix that, too? Thanks!

I have taken apart the front ice dispensing area and watched the door work for about an hour . My problem is the ice door opens then closes , but every time it closes , it tries to close it more each time , finally the motor presses the door so hard that it jams and wont open . I inherited the refrigerator so I don't know if it ever worked right . Can the motherboard be adjusted to close the ice door a bit less ? Thanks

My ice will not come out and the crusher won't work. Replaced the motor and ice came out one time. No problem making ice or getting water but the ice will not come out the dispenser.

Hi, my KitchenAid kscs25ftss02 Refrigerator Ice Dispenser, water Dispenser, the LCD screen, all the lights on the front dispenses and buttons is not working. Is that the problem of the Electronic control board Part # 2303843 or 2321746 (2305219)? But everything else seen working find included the Freeze and Refrigerator work fine and it still make ice too. Please help or advise. Thanks

Following a power outage, the ice dispenser will not dispense ice. The water dispenses, but acts a little weird, it will take a few seconds to stop dispensing water. The ice maker is working fine and making ice, but nothing happens at all when the pad for ice is pushed. No noises, nothing. Please advise. Thanks!

The display on the front of the door has never been able to show my pictures. However after a recent healthy lightening storm the display is all fuzzy. The buttons still work, we just can't see what they are. Any ideas??

The ice chute is not allowing ice to fall down each and every time. When taken apart the position of Connector Part Number AP3853370 MFG Part Number 2305242 makes it clear that the motor is not returning to the proper starting position each and every time. When the motor is forced to re-set its starting position the chute opens just fine. A number of cycles later, you can see that the starting position of the motor/connecter has changed, the chute is jammed shut and will not open. I presume its either the motor (less likely) or the circuit board (more likely)that is allowing the motor to get "out of sync" to the proper starting position of the chute door. If I order the PC board and it is not the culprit is it returnable? Or, I can buy the less expensive motor, install it and see if it works. Your help/advice please.
