Washer skips the spin cycle both between wash and rinse and after rinse but will go ahead and spin if timer is reset.
Answer Hello Bob. Based on the information you provided, it sounds like the timer 27001113 is bad and will need to be replaced. Hope this helps.
In the last few wks., we changed out the Water Temp. Switch (your recommendation) and the Timer. We now have problems when first starting a load, the water continues to fill the tub and gets very close to overflowing. We stopped it so that didn't happen. Once we advance it to agitation, then it works fine, including the rinse cycle (which does not overflow). Thoughts?
Answer Hi Evan. While filling on the start of a normal cycle, if you unplug the unit during this process and water keeps flowing it needs changed. Now then if stops filling after the unit is unplugged, then it is a bad pressure switch. Pressure switch is part # 27001203. It sounds like you did correctly bu blowing out the pressure hose towards the tub so you can dislodge any lint or debris that will make a pressure switch to "misread" also. Thank You.
the agitator never stops during the whole washing cycle
Answer Michael, I wouldn't start at the timer, it's most likely a mechanical failure in the drive pulley, helix, and brake assembly(s), unless the motor never changes direction and spin. Good Luck and Thanks
The washer goes through the cycle. The drum is still full of water and lately the motor hums and cuts out. But it resets itself. Help!
Answer Hi Frank. The motor you need is part # 27001215. This is overheating and failing. make sure the pump is not clogged and the clutch/brake/tub are all freely working. Thank you.
