Trying to find the right way to hook up control panel. Is there a video?
To hook the wires up to the control panel, you would need to check the wiring diagram that is on the tech sheet and it will tell you where each connection is made.
The washer runs until there is less than 5 minutes in the last spin cycle then it quits, the LCD screen goes blank and the door stays locked. The problem is intermittent, happens about 50% of the time. If I try and run another run right afterwards, then it almost always has the same problem again, or a Fault, I've seen two different faults, an F20 and an F27. The pump is not clogged, the hot and cold water supply are fine as I checked these. Do you think its the electronic control board (8571903) or the Microcomputer machine control (W10160252)? I've also seen mention in this forum about the line interference filter (W10367632), could it be that part? Thank you. Mark.
Answer Mark, There is another possibility, especially with the error codes and the no spin/drain issue. Your issue could be the water level switch W10163980 and or the air tube 8540294. Disconnect the tube from the water level switch and blow in the end, make sure it's clear of sediment, and not kinked or twisted. Check the connections at the water level switch or replace it. If the water level switch doesn't reset to empty, the washer wont spin and the door won't unlock, the control "thinks" the tub is full of water.

Based on the error codes that you have seen, the F20 is no water detected entering the unit and the F27 is overflow condition. Since the issue is in the last 5 minutes of the final spin that this issue is occurring, the most likely cause would be in the main control board. Although the line filter going bad could cause this issue it is unlikely because when the line filter fails it will fail completely.
Washer shows a F1 and it try to spin but than stops and makes a loud clik.
Answer Hello Jesus. A communication error between the Central Control Unit (CCU)
and the EEPROM onboard the CCU occurred. Possible Causes/Procedure
¦ A power glitch may cause this error.
– Unplug washer or disconnect power for two minutes.
– Verify CCU operation by running a Diagnostic Test or any
cycle. PUMP DRIVE ERROR The pump driver fails to activate. Possible Causes/Procedure
¦ Replace CCU board.
When I go to run a cycle F24 pops up and goes to spin cycle which will run, No other program will run.
Answer Nina, Are you sure it's an F24 error code " F24- WATER TEMPERATURE SENSOR ERROR- If the water temperature sensor (NTC) value is out of range (23°F to 217°F during the water-heating step of the WASH cycle. Possible Causes/Procedure - 1. Unplug washer or disconnect power. 2. Check the water temperature sensor and connection to it. 3. Check resistance of heating element, if present on this
model. (abnormal = infinity). The water heating circuit failure doesn't usually cause the washer to program into the spin/drain mode. You should remove the lower access panel on the front of the washer. You should find the tech data sheet and wiring diagram attached to the inside of the panel. You can then conduct the diagnostics and test modes and review the error codes and verify other possible issues.
Does the control panel have the start button attached to it?
Answer Hello Bigharv,
The actual green button that you would push is on the control panel W10099593 but the button that is behind it to start unit is on the contol board 8571903.
display light will not come on
Answer Pwg, Are you sure you have power at the outlet, if so, you'll need to remove the top of the washer and check for power to the CCU W10525351 " 1. Check that the unit is plugged into a working outlet and for blown fuses. 2. Check for power going to Central Control Unit (CCU) by listening for a click in the CCU when unit is plugged in. If no click, replace CCU." If the CCU has a "click" check the wiring harness from the CCU to the UIB 8571903 if the wiring connections and wires are OK, replace the UIB.
When I turn on my washer it goes though like the first cycle then it'll stop and blink 5d then starts again and then runs for like 10 mins then blinks f21 or f1. It wont drain the softer or bleach and when it stops you cant open the door and all the lights stay on. Please help asap..
Answer Hello Cassandra. Based on the information you provided, it sounds like the pump may be clogged and will need to be cleaned out. Also, check all the hoses, the tub to pump and drain hose for clogs. The codes you provided are for long drain and suds and the pump usually are at fault on these, and usually just needs to be cleaned out. Hope this helps.
