There is not a model number on my washer. What do I do to get the part that I need?
Answer Hello Felecia! We will need either a model number or part number from the part needed to verify if we have the parts available.
My clothes are twisted like a screw when the was is complete. I believe it to be the agitator. Just wondering what is included in the complete aggitator assembly you sell. Does this have the agitator repair kits included in it. Such as the cam assembly and the dogs
The complete agitator assembly does have the agitator repair kit in it, including the cam and the dogs. It will not have the bolt so you will either want to get another bolt or a little lock tite for the threads to make sure that it does not loosen while in use.
The lower part of the agitator is not turning. I removed it and the shaft does turn when the cycle is on for washing. Can the plastic agitator be stripped?
Answer Hello Rob. Yes, the agitator may be bad and need to be replaced in the unit. Check and see if the splines are gone inside the agitator. If so, you will need to replace the part.
Was wondering if I can get this complete agitator assembly. I can not find this model on the list. What all is in this kit and the price? Thank you.
Answer Hello Keith! The complete agitator assembly listed for your model is part number 3951744. This includes the upper and lower portion of the agitator. It does not, however, include the agitator cap or fabric dispenser. Thanks.
Clothes are getting wraped around agitator and making loud noise.
Answer Hello Randy. You need to order and replace the agitator assembly in the unit. It sounds like it may be bad. Also, make sure the unit is not getting overloaded with clothing.
I can't get the Agitator to come out.
Answer Hello Don. Remove the cap off the agitator and remove the bolt from the center of the agitator. Then lift out the agitator.
