How many blades are on a new impeller? Mine has one complete blade and what appeare to be two broken ones. I'd guess the other people with this problem don't have any whole blades left after the impeller blades hit a quarter.

My washer stops when it is to drain and spin and I get an error code nd. I have had a repair man out, he said there was a soap and mold buildup in the pump and paper (he let that go down the drain), which he cleaned out, and added a cleaner and ran the washer on the normal load and it worked fine. He left, I ran the washer two times and on the third load the same error code came up and it would not drain. He came back and said it was the pump, we ordered it, he came back and installed it (ASSY-Pump DR). The same thing happened again. I am careful to not use too much soap and not overload the washer. When this happens, I remove the clothes and put the washer on spin only. You can hear the water drain but the dryer does not spin. The repairman said we probably need a circuit board. Any ideas?

My pump quit working and when I took it apart I found a quarter inside. When I re-assembled the washer, the water would not drain out all the way and very slow unless I lowered the house into a bucket. The moment I lower the hose the water would gush out extremely fast. Could this be that the pump got burned out due to the delay in finding the retriction?

I have a terrible mildew smell coming from my Samsung washer. I have run bleach, hot water without soap thru it and the smell is still there. There is also mold on the rubber seals. I always have the door open when not in use. I read that other people are having the same problem. Also, you are offering a GFI for my machine that has a recall. This does not fix the problem it only helps so my house doesn't burn down. Will Samsung fix the water leak problem?

My washer often has water in the bottom, and my clostes are soaked. Sometimes it drains and then there are times that it does not. Could it be the pump or something else?
