How come my washer leaks water in the pedestal when the machine is not running? I have to turn off the water when washing is through.
Answer Hello Thelma. It sounds like the water valve may be leaking on your machine. You will need to remove the top cover, by removing the two screws on the back of it, and sliding it off toward the back of the machine. You will need to see if it is the hot water valve 34001131 or the cold water valve 34001248. Hope this helps.

This washer will hum and not spin or remove water. I get no error codes. Can you help me possibly pinpoint a problem
The first thing to do is to check the pump to ensure that there is no obstruction in the pump and also check the hoses to make sure that they are clear. Check the hose from the bottom of the tub to the drain pump. If this checks ok then check the impeller to make sure that it is not damage or separated from the shaft.
Do I need to grease water pump?
Answer Hello Adriana. No, there is no need to grease the water pump on the unit.
Why this pump don't have any protection from quarters end objects bean inserted? System is really easy to destroy by object like quarter.
Answer Hello Les. Sorry, but we are not the manufacture and would not know why they did not put a filter or trap in the pump system to prevent things from getting inside the pump assembly.
