There's a difference in the our touch pad and the touch pad pictured on your site. Is there a difference or is it just a generic picture?
How difficult is it to install the touch pad?
Will the part come with instruction to install?
Answer Hello Richard. Based on the model number you provided, 3385743 is the correct control panel. You will need to disconnect the power to the unit. Then remove the screws securing the inner door panel. Remove the inner door panel and remove the cover off the control board. Remove the ribbon cable from the control board and remove the screws holding the control board housing in place. Next remove the screws holding the control panel in place. Reinstall with the new control panel in reverse order.
Time gets stuck on 36 mins. to go. Motor just runs till you turn off. Dishes are not rinsed all the way because cycle did not finish. Is timer hard to replace, and is it worth it do do this? LK
Answer Hi Larry. The "timer" on your model is actually a control board. You can remove the screws on the back side of the inner panel, and pull the control panel towards you . This should access the back of the control panel. Make sure your breaker is off. Then you can pop off the cover and have access to the control board. The control board # is 8564547. Thank- you.
