I smelled something burning in my kitchen on Saturday. I couldn't find the source. I didnt think the anything of it since the fridge was still turning on. A handyman checked the compressor and parts in the back, everything was fine. Then he opened the water/ice dispenser and found the control board (AP4068159) was fried. Could this by why my fridge/freezer are not working?

A couple of months ago we started having issues with the water dispenser on the door randomly turning on and making a puddle on the floor. This was completely random and very infrequent. It has progressed to being more frequent and now it has also started spitting ice on the floor at random times. Is this the signs of a bad door control board? What do I need to check/replace? Thanks.

Good morning. My unit starts when plugged in. However, after reaching a cold point, three hours after connection, compressor stop. It is normal. However, automatic compressor turning on never happens. I have to be unplugging and plugging the unit every 8 to 10 hours. Please let me know what could the problem be. Thanks for your attention.

I need an adaptive defrost control board, which you have, but I'm trying to remove the old one first, but when I remove the control housing the nut that is holding the board down, it is hard to remove. There is a washer, looks to be like a solid 1/2 inch washer in casing the nut, how am I to remove it? Thanks

Bought this refrigerator used. The freezer and refrigerator both seem to work. No water, so I replaced both water valves. Now I have water flowing through the system. However, once there is power into the refrigerator, water flows from the dispenser all the time. It will stop if freezer door is open. All push pad buttons light when pressed, but cannot stop the water. Replaced the pad control board, no help. Is it likely that the main board on the water/ice dispenser unit need to be replaced?

Ice and water dispenser does not work (Jennair). Control board had obvious "burned" components (door push button panel looks ok). Replaced control board (61993425), solenoid and limit switch. No response; push buttons do nothing; light does not come on. Does not appear to have power. Any fuse ahead of this board that may be bad? What voltage (and where) should I check?

MY GE Refridgerator Model No SSH25KFRFWW's ice dispenser is not working. I changed the Augar Motor, The Ice making unit continues to produce Ice and there are ice cubes in the ice Bucket. The Flapper works and the Ice Maker works. When I press the buttons on the front panel of the freezer door, I only get water and no Crushed Ice cubes or full ice cubes. I thing it is the controller board, I am not sure. what can you suggest to test if the controler board is faulty or not? Thanks
