The Low Energy, Normal and Heavy buttons do not work. Others all work.
Answer Hello Howard. Make sure all connection coming from the switch to the board are good. If so, the part you are needing 3374760, has been permanently discontinued by the manufacturer and we don't know of any source or replacement for the part.
Dish washer goes through its complete cycle and will leave water in tub. I press the cancel button and then the dish washer clears out the water. Yesterday and today the dish washer goes through it complete cycle still leaving the water in tub and when I press the cancel button the machine goes into wash mode not clearing out the water. Is it the motor or the electronic control. The ohms on the motor for the drain cycle is 9.0 ohms. Spec for that side is 4.2 - 7.0 ohms. Thanks Mike L
Answer Mike, Have you checked for a clogged drain hose or system, yet ? What does occur in the drain cycle, nothing at all, the motor hums, etc.? You'll need to access the pump / motor assembly(remove the kickplate and lower access panel) and disconnect the wiring harness from the motor. At the motor: purple to blue should have 2.0 to 3.5 ohms resistance, purple to gray should have 4.0 to 7.0 ohms, and purple to yellow should have 4.0 to 7.0 ohms,(+/- 10%) as well. With the dishwasher in a drain cycle at the harness connection to the motor, you should read 120 VAC from blue to chassis ground and 120 VAC from gray to chassis ground, low or no voltage on either check would indicate a damaged wire or a bad control board, Thanks and Good Luck.
