My display has gone blank. At times it beeps and shows error code F2 E6. It doesn't do anything but beep when buttons are pushed. Do I need to replace the control unit or just a piece of it?
Answer Hello Steve. The board you need 8302967 has been permanently discontinued by the manufacturer and we don't know of any source or replacement for the part. It can be repaired at Corecentric Solutions For Repair, Corecentric

Cannot increase the temperature of the oven. When pressing the up arrow to increase temperature there are not audible beeps and readout does not change from default setting (350). I can decrease the temperature below the default setting but can't increase above 350 degrees. Is there a way to tell if this is a keypad problem or control board problem?
There is not a test procedure to check to see if a keypad has shorted. You will want to disconnect the keypad and make sure that the ribbon harness is clean and that the contacts are clean. Reseat the ribbon harness and make sure that there is a firm connection. If still having issue then the keypad is faulty and would need to be replaced.
We replaced the front panel with another one just like the one we had. It is giving us the F2-EO code. We cannot get the ribbon cable to stay connected.
Answer Hello Marty, That is why you are getting the "F2-E0" code. It indicates the ribbon cable is not connected properly. Take a good look at the connector and see if you need to raise a tab before inserting the ribbon. Some you just insert the cable and some have a tab you raise, then insert the ribbon and close the tab. I'm not exactly sure which one yours is but I hope this helps. Thanks!
Everything seems to be working with the oven except the off button will not turn off the oven. Does it need the membrane panel or the circuit board?
Answer Hello Steve,
Turn off the power to the unit and open the control panel. Remove the ribbon cable and, using the eraser on a pencil and going in the same direction as the traces run, use the eraser to clean the connections. Reinstall the ribbon cable and the control panel. Turn the power back on and turn the unit on. Now try the off button. If it works, you just cured the issue. If not, you will need to replace the relay board 8302967 as there is probably a relay stuck and the button probably works but cannot release the stuck relay.
With error code E6 and F2 will the membrane switch repair this or do I need the control board?
Answer Hello Don. Here is what the manufacture says about the code. Hope this helps.
1. Check keypad connector for firm connection.
2. Press CANCEL. If error code returns after 60 sec., replace keypad 8300430.
3. Replace control 8302967.
