I have a new side by side fridge (Whirlpool), bought from Sears last year. The top crisper pan broke along the edge that holds it up. My model # is ED5KVEXVBOO. The part # on the bin is 2174109-A, underneath that # is 10504. Has the mfg # changed? I don't want to buy the wrong one. Also, there was not a piece of glass on the top of the bottom crisper. Was it supposed to have one? If so, could you give me the part # for that also, please?

Answer Hello John, I'm sorry but since the manufacturer has dis-continued this part with no satisfactory substitution, the only way I know of finding one would be if you found a servicer that still has one in stock or if you were to find a used or scrapped unit. Model #TZ19QW

Looking for clear crisper drawer with PN on it of 2174109-A, second number below the PN is 10504. On the diagram (item #10), it shows a drawer that looks similar but, based on the grid, seems larger. My crisper drawer is 16.5" wide from side to side, 15" deep from front to back, and approx 8.5" deep from top of the handle to the bottom of the drawer. The one on your diagrams, shown as PN 2188661, appears to be approx 20" wide from side to side. Help! I also need item #6, the piece of glass, which appears to be approx 13" x 16.5". I'd appreciate any assistance so that I can get these parts for a reasonable price for a 13 yr old refrigerator. Thank you! Dave
