I see that you carry the lower rack replacement for my Maytag Dishwasher (very bad picture), and keep reading that it comes without tie wheels or tines. How can you sell a product that is supposed to hold dishes when they are apparently not included in the rack? When we purchased the dishwasher both racks came with tines, and not self-installed ones. If I am understanding correctly, this seems extremely odd, in lieu of the already high price for the lower rack. Please explain if i am reading this right? Thanks

I too have ordered & received a replacement lower shelf for our dishwasher. It also came with these two tines & NO DIRECTIONS. From reading your customer questions, others have had to order this clip (#99001436) which I have ordered & received. My husband cannot figure out how to attach the tines with this clip. Do I need to order another clip? But where does it go? Please send a picture diagram to attach the clip! Diane

We have received rack #4114268 and clip #'s 4113042 & 4112831. We can not figure out how to clip the tines on to the rack on the rails. Please send us a picture showing how it works.

We have purchased a new lower rack pt. #4114268. It came with 2 tines but no clips for the tines. We were told the clip #'s are 4113042 & 4112381. How many of these clips do we need to order? We also need to know which direction the tines go one the rack. The only thing we can figure out is that the tines go in the opposite direction of the permanent tines.

I received a rack, after 4 weeks, unlike the origional lower rack. This included two tines but no way to attach them. This is unsatisfactory as no dishes can be stacked in the lower rack. How do I get a suitable replacement? Or will you send me instructions and parts as how to install these tines so that dishes may be stacked.

Do you have a picture of the assembly with the tines installed? I have all of the parts (rack, tines, clips) but can't figure out how to install the tines. Can you explain exactly where they snap on to and show a picture with them installed? Very strange design!

I bought the AP4112831 lower dishrack. It does not agree with the drawing on your website. There is a photo, but it is undecipherable due to all the one-inch black grid lines. The new rack is NOT compatible with my dishwasher. It will not roll past the spray arm. I will have to cut some of the wires and figure out how to rustproof the exposed ends. It now seems that I must also buy something to attach the tines. And also a new silverware basket because the rack is incompatible with the original basket. What do I need to attach the tines? Why doesn't the item description mention all these things? And why did it take five weeks to get the part when your website says "in stock" and delivers in two days?

Where and how do the tines attach? They are much longer than the tines of the original model which where incorporated into the rack itself w/o attaching parts. Please help me out on this.
