Our original racks rusted badly. New dishwashers in stores seem to have a different material on their racks. Do the replacement racks have the original material or the new material?
Answer Jean, I've found model DU915PWPQ1. The upper rack is part number 3369903 and the lower rack is part number 8193795. The parts listed are manufacturer replacement parts and may differ in appearance but is a functional equivalent to the original. Unfortunately, we do not have the specs to verify the make/material. Thanks.
I need to replace the upper and lower racks due to rust, but I only want the racks, not all the other pieces that go into the entire assembly. What are the part numbers and prices for just the racks?
Answer Fred, I've found Whirlpool dishwasher model DU810SWKQ0. Unfortunately, the manufacturer does not offer the racks separate from the rack assemblies. The upper rack is part number 3369903 and the lower rack is part number 8193795. Thanks!
Is part 3369903 the right replacement upper rack for this model? And do have instructions how to put it together?
Answer Madelon, according to your model the upper dishrack 3369903 is the correct replacement. Yes, we do have installation instruction. An additional e-mail with the instructions are being sent to you. Thanks!
Received upper dish rack (part #WPL 3369903) without installation instructions. We need help putting it together.
Answer Hello Mike,
Unfortunately we do no have instructions on how to assembly dishwasher rack. The components are all snap in place parts and should be easily removed from old and put on new.
Your upper dish rack (part # 3369903) says it has been "redesigned by Whirlpool". Does this mean "refurbished"?
Answer Hello Jim! Yes, the upper dishrack 3369903 has been redesigned by Whirlpool, who manufactured the unit you own. It is a new part. We do not sell refurbished dishwasher racks. It is possible this replacement may look different than the original one in appearance, but it is now what's being furnished by the manufacturer as a functional equivalent to the original. Thanks!
