I am trying to find the rubber gasket which fits inside my detergent dispenser. The rest of the dispenser is fine, but the rubber has softened over time, and pops out now and then.

I am considering ordering a soap dispenser and silverware basket. Certainly I can put the silverware basket in. My soap dispenser lid doesn't shut anymore. The soap dispenser info on your website says it will take 1-2 hours or will I need a plumber? I don't know if I have the right wrenches or if I need an electric device to remove the panel. Real question: Will a plumber need 1-2 hours for replacing the soap dispenser or is it a relatively quick thing? 2nd real question: Does the dispenser lid always being open really affect the cleaning of the dishes or do I really need a new dishwasher afterall (mine is 6.5 years old in a house w/family of 6). Thanks

Our dishwasher started to leak and it seems that there were bubbles in the basin. I know it isn't the dishwasher liquid because its Cascade and it doesn't bubble. The rinse aid (jet dry( does make bubbles) We have flushed everything out and now no leaking except a small amount from the overflow switch(separate issue) How do I know if the rinse aid dispenser is bad? We seemed to have bubbles very soon into a cycle when the dispenser had liquid in it. It seemed like it was dispensing liquid right from the start of a cycle. What do I do to narrow this down? I already had an appliance repair guy here and after 85 bucks he is stumped. I could dump dollar after dollar to replace parts but that is stupid and costly. I will replace the dispenser but if it is an electrical control issue I am no more fixed with a new dispenser. Is there a way to test if this dispenser is working correctly? KitchenAid KUDS35FXSS. Thanks.

My dishwasher dispenser is leaking rinse liquid soap from the bottom of the dispenser. As a result the dispenser is empty before the rinse cycle begins. Do I have to remove the door to install a new dispenser? And do you have any tips as how to do this ? Thanks Howard

The soap door on my dishwasher does not open on each run. Maybe 2 out of 10 runs does the door open properly. I have cleaned all residual soap. Do I have to replace the entire dispenser on this model?

I need only the gasket that seals the "Main Wash" portion of the dispenser. This gasket is easy to pop out of the channel it sits in, but it has become brittle and inflexible, and no longer seals properly. I don't need to replace the entire dispenser assembly, just the "Main Wash" gasket. How can I get just the gasket?
