Washing machine leaks water out of the bottom of the door. It only does this on delicate or quick wash and not every time. It's at a rental so Im just going by renter complaints. I sat in front of it for several cycles while washing a sleeping bag and then a comforter with no leak. (I know quick wash is only for a few items but wanted to push it a little to see if I could get it to leak) I did catch it leaking once on a different occation and confirmed it was the door, if I pushed on the door it seemed to slow the leak. Almost seemed like the door wasn't latched all the way? Im thinking about replacing the boot but don't want to waste my time and money if its something else. Have you gotten this complaint before? Any suggestions?

Hi. My washing machine leaks water out out of the bottom of the door during the wash and rinse cycles. This started after my son put too many clothes in a load and it appeared that the black rubber seal wasn't on properly. We put it back in place and it looks fine, but water still leaks out when we wash. Would replacing that seal likely do the trick or should I pay someone to come out and look at it before buying the part to make sure that is the problem? Thank you!

Is the door boot seal that you sell for this model front load washer as heavy duty as the original equipment seal? I see many posts on other websites about replacement seals not being as thick and heavy as the original. Thanks, Bryan
