Part No. AP4094490, inner door glass, arrived with 2" strip of foil tape along edge of one side. Is that tape supposed to be removed? If not, does it go toward inside or outside?
Answer Bob, The foil tape on the glass goes to the inside(towards the oven cavity) and up at the top of the door (in the handle area). It should not be removed. Thanks and Good Luck
The outermost glass of both the upper and lower doors were soiled when a dish was dropped and the contents spilled on the inside of the glass. Can I purchase both doors or if I get the replacement glass for both doors, how difficult are they to replace?
Answer Hello ABL. Based on the model number you provided, 7902P754-60 is the lower door glass, and 7902P753-60 is the upper glass. You will need to remove the doors from the ovens, and remove the screws, and disassemble the doors, to replace the outer glass or to clean the glass. Hope this helps.
Part number AP4094490 is a oven door outside glass. Is that in white? My range is white.
