Answer Hello Tom. We will need your model number to help you with this. Please call 1-877-477-7278 or post your model number with a new question on the parts page. http://www.appliancepartspros.com/modelnumber_locator.aspx
The dish washer is leaking at the bottom of the front panel.
Answer Jim, The door link and door springs are the least likely issue at this point,as is the door gasket. You need to remove the lower spray arm, and check all the jet holes for clogs and debris, and the ends and sides for a hairline crack, Check for the proper water level( after the initial fill and a 5 minute wash cycle, the water leve should be halfway up to slighty above the top of the heat element. Check the door hinges and hinge pins on the frame for being bent. Thanks and Good Luck
What do you have to do to pull out an undercounter maytag dishwasher?
Answer Hello Ralph. Disconnect the power to the unit and turn off the water supply. Next remove the toe panel from the bottom of the dishwasher. Remove the junction box cover and disconnect the wires going to the dishwasher. Next remove the water line from the water valve. Now remove the drain hose from under the sink. Once that is complete, you will remove the screws securing the dishwasher to the cabinet. They are usually at the top of the dishwasher, or on the sides. Pull the dishwasher out of the opening. Reinstall in reverse order. Hope this helps.
My door spring link broke found it laying under washer. I have the new link but do not know where to attatch the spring and or the link any ideas?
Answer Hello Eric. You will need to pull the unit out and install one end of the spring onto the dishwasher frame, and the other end hooks to the link. The link 912653 attaches to the door hinge. Hope this helps.
