My wife says the washer gets out of balance easier than it used to. The washer is 4 years old. She says it used to never get out of balance but does frequently now. Is there a worn part that causes this? Could a weak drum belt be the cause? Thanks in advance for your help. Doug

When the door is closed and washer is set to start it displays a F/DL code which seems to be the door latch mechanism the problem is it then starts clicking and locks but does not let you open the door again I have to unplug it for several days and by chance, it sometimes opens and sometimes not. How do I get it open when it remains locked? I need to replace the latch but can't get the door open.

My door won't lock or close all the way. Samsung tech told me it is the latch. A repairman came out today with the wrong year model part. It's the white plastic squarish part on the washer itself that the door latch goes into. Is the Door lock latch assembly the correct part? Repairman says it is the inside part that wire assembly goes into.

The door latch part number does not match the one in my washer. Does this make any difference ? My part number is 461970200691, the site says the part number is supposed to be AP3837611. Thanks.

I have been getting a random F11 error for the last few months, All the wires and connections seem fine, but my last load ended during a spin cycle (whole thing rocks and vibrates a great deal) with a F11 and DL error. Now I get a DL error on any start attempt. I hear the door lock and it is locked but the washer keeps trying to lock the door until it errors out. I have read conflicting advice about trying a door lock switch or a cpu. What advice do you give?

The small plastic pin on my door latch assembly has broken (this pin must be depressed or the washer won't start since the washer thinks the door is open.) Presently it falls out when I open the door so I must find it and then position it in place to be able to run a load. Is there any way to just replace that pin or do I have to replace the entire door latch assembly?

The front loading door will not latch, after inspection it appears the receiver for the latch is broken (the female part and it is plastic). Do you have a part to replace it? If so, is there a reference I can look at to know how to replace it? Thanks. D
