I have a Kitchenaid Stainless Steel Microwave with the above model number. Purchased in 2004. Need to replace the tension springs. I see AP3137553 left side and AP3082257 right side, but do not see my model number listed. Can I use these as replacement parts in my model. If not what are the part numbers for the KEHC309JSS05

The microwave power is not consistent, sometimes good, other times weak. I read somewhere that it would be a faulty microwave high voltage transformer. Is that likely the problem? Thank you.

Looking for a good part number for the door tensioning spring for my microwave. The only model number I see is in the front bottom left with the door open. It says FCC ID KAW38AVM726. The wife is trying to find our original paperwork. Its a combo over on the bottom and microwave above. I have a piece of the spring which is blue tipped in color. Any help would be great, thank you.

Hi, I have the Kitchenaid Superba KEMC378KSS01 - it is stainless steel. Can you tell me the part number for the door spring? Do I need to replace both if one breaks? Thanks

I'm pretty sure one or more of the tension springs on the microwave door of my Kitchenaid Oven/Micro unit (model KEMC378KSSO) are broken. I'm a little confused about the correct part numbers for left and right hand springs and which ones are used for the stainless steel doors. Also, if only one of the springs is broken, how so you tell whether it is the right hand or left hand spring? Thanks

My stainless micro/convection oven door flops down, I am sure I need new tension springs, I see left and right and have read that I need ones specific for Stainless since the door is heavier. Can you give me the correct model number for these springs?

The stove oven door does not close tightly. It appears the tension spring on the right side of the door (as viewed standing at the front of stove) appears broken when compared to the orther side. I could not seem to locate the part number for both sides. Is this somthing you carry? If so, I could use your part number and cost. Thanks, Larry

Hi. One of the door torsion springs broke and I don't know the correct replacement parts to order. I haven't taken the door apart to know which spring broke (left or right), but my understanding is that I should replace both at the same time in order to keep the proper attention. There are a few different part numbers on your site, and some of them are saying they are not compatible. Can you tell me which exact part numbers I should get for both the left and the right spring as well as any other accessories I might need to replace them? Thanks much, Terry

Is the left torsion spring red tip? I see where you indicate the right is blue tip but I don't see direct reference to red tip for left?

The door falls down heavily when you open it. Haven't taken door apart yet. Would like to buy part first before opening so I can replace at same time. Just making sure this is the part that I should buy, get right or left or both? Or should I open it first, so I know what to replace?
