Answer Hello Eli. It sounds like the rollers and the felt seals will need to be replaced on the unit. If bad, they will cause the issue you are having with the unit.

Answer Derek, Besides checking and/or replacing the drum rollers (there are two 2 ) 12001541 You will also want to check and make sure theres nothing stuck in or to the drum seals, check the drum and front drum glides for excessive wear.allowing the seam in the drum to make a noise on the drum glides.

You will want to check to make sure that the rear seal is seated properly and that it sits between rear bulkhead and tumbler.
