When starting the dryer it sound like the dryer is slipping to get going and after a few seconds it starts the drum. This only happens at the start up. What part do you think I need?
You will want to check the rollers on the unit to ensure that the rollers are good. If they are good then also check the belt to make sure that it is not stretched out and check to make sure that there is good tension from the idler pulley on the belt.
How do I replace the belt on this dryer? Thank you for your time!

So the motor is running the blower but the shaft that spins the belt isn't spinning. Any ideas? Thanks much.
Answer Hello Dusty,
This motor pulley is installed with a setscrew. If the setscrew backs out, the motor shaft will spin and the pulley will just set there with the motor shaft spinning inside it. If the setscrew can be tightened, you can repair this issue with no parts. If the setscrew has come out and you are unable to locate it, you will have to purchase the motor pulley and set screw 6-3051850.
