Are the dryer drum glides sold in a set or individually?
Answer Hello. These drum glides are not available in a set, and are sold individually. Hope this helps.

My Maytag Centennial sounds off balance, like a tennis shoe is drying. I replaced rear drum rollers, but it still sounds the same.
Answer Hello Debbie,
You need to check the idler pulley 691366 and the drum 695587 for any dents where the drum rollers ride. There was also an issue with some of these rollers that were causing this complaint.
Where do the felt pads go on the drum glider installation on my amana dryer.
The felt pad goes under the drum glide and will adhere to the bracket that the glide sits on.
There is a loud squealing noise for the first 5 to 10 minutes when I turn my dryer on. At the middle and end of cycle it is quiet. I have replaced both rear drum rollers and have checked the belt and there is no wear. Checked the idler wheel and no noise. Also checked the blower wheel and no noise. Do you have any other suggestions for me to test?
Answer OC, If the noise is more prominent at the start of the cycle, and with the checks you've already made, the issue would be the drive belt 40111201. Basically, once it gets warm, it stops slipping on the pulley and the noise goes away. Something else to consider. remove the drum rollers, clean off the shafts with rag and apply a couple of drops of turbine oil TJ93240 to each shaft, repeat the procedure with the idler pulley and shaft. It'll help keep your dryer running trouble free for quite a while.
Hi, which drum glides do I need for my dryer?
Your unit does not have glides that the drum rides on. Your unit uses rollers instead of glides.
Dryer was making noise at beginning of cycle. Changed drum rollers(both). Dryer still making noise. Idler arm and belt appear to be in good shape. Any suggestions?
Answer Jim, Noise at the start of a cycle is usually due to a worn belt 40111201, an overloaded situation, or a "cold" environment. Reduce the size of your loads (less than half full) and replace the belt.
