I've replaced parts 53-2880 & 53-0771 with heating element kit, but the dryer still doesn't work. The dryer heats up but, the drum isn't turning, and the belt is tight & I can manually turn the drum. Is there still another thermal fuse under the drum to be replaced, & if so how can I do it? I've checked as much as I can to find the other fuse, but can't find it.

The low temp cycle does not dry the delicates anymore, but the other cycles continue to work. I have tested 3 components for continuity, 1 by the heating element & 2 by the air discharge. All 3 seem to be normally closed and should be still good. I think they are the thermostats &/or fuses. How can I pinpoint my problem?

My dryer heating elements stays on even with door closed. I can turn it off with on/off knob. I have changed the themal fuse twice and it worked for a while. Then I changed the cycling thermostate and it worked for a while but had to replace fuse again. Now the fuse is blowed again any ideas?
