My dishwasher has two wax motors for the detergent and rinse aid dispenser. If I replace it with the single wax motor conversion kit: Which wax motor connected in the original configuration do I use as the new one has only one motor. I am having leakage at the bottom of the door at the right side after the detergent dispenser opens in the wash cycle. It does not happen during the rise and hold cycle so I suspect something in the dispenser is leaking. I have removed the inside door and seen the detergent trail from the dispenser unit area down the inside of the door to the bottom. It appears to be coming from the dispenser unit.

I have had leaking from the original assembly and replaced smaller latch and rubber grommet/seal with some help. Does this kit or switching specific parts solve the leaking problem. I have two wax motors now and don't use a rinse aid anyway. Also for this same model, I change the wash impeller every 1-2 years. Should I be using loctite on the screw before I put it in or is there something else I should be doing-the impeller is part #14 on your diagram for motor parts. Any suggestions are appreciated.

Is the wax motor for soap dispenser the same as the the one used for the rinse aid? Are they interchangeable?

My spin cycle doesn't complete so my clothes don't get completely spun out. A friend who repairs appliances checked it out and told me that the wax motor isn't locking the door completly. So is that what I would need to order? Please let me know so I can order it so he can replace it.

My problem is that the soap dispenser often does not open. Is this (AP4009497) the part I need to fix it? If so, are there installation instructions?
