I have an Error code of "F1" on my washer. What would that code mean and what do you suggest checking so I can get the right part to replace?
Answer Hello Warren. F1 is for an out of range pressure switch. You will need to check the pressure hose and make sure it is not kinked, clogged, or tore. If it is ok, then replace the control board. W10189966 Hope this helps.

I get an LF (long fill) code during the rinse cycle for normal, casual and colors loads
The LF indicates a long fill, you will want to check the following things.
LF flashes when the water level does not change for a period of time OR water is present but control does not detect the water level changing.
? Is water supply connected and turned on?
? Are hose screens plugged?
? Is water siphoning out of the drain hose? Check for proper drain hose installation.
? Is the pressure hose connection from the tub to the machine/motor control pinched or plugged?
I keep getting an Sd ( suds detected )error code. Believe me that there is no suds or soap at all in the unit after attempting to run unit 4 times empty and ran 2 clean machine cycles. It pumps out the water rather quickly and you can hear the pump run dry but the pump continues to run until the Sd error code sets. please help!
The SD is displayed when the machine/motor control, by analyzing drag on the basket, detects a suds lock condition and is steady on while the control then runs a mini clean out cycle. If the celan out cycle is unable to correct the oversudsing problem, the cycle ends and SD will appear. This may signify that a load is bunched or twisted around the agitator. This does not appear to be your issue. Excessive detergent useage, which you have already checked that by running empty. The basket cannot engage during the drain step, which is a good place to start by checking the hub assembly for damage. Or there is mechanical friction on the drive mechanism not allowing the basket to engage. Check for things wedge between the inner and outer tub.

Answer Hello Prajakta. Yes Part# [AP4360738} is the correct control board for your model.
