I need the lower over element, I was cleaning the oven and lifted the element up to wipe under it and it poped and sparked, now the left side is not heating. I can still cook but I'm worried the whole thing will go out soon. To replace it does it just pop out and the new one pops in... Of course with the power turned off first.... Thanks for your time

I do not know what you mean by "high limit". The new unit does not heat at all from a cold range. Is there a fuse related to this? As I said everything else works on the range. Still looking for help or do I have to call a repairman? It seems like it should be a simple fix or am I wrong? Any help is appreciated. Thanks. Gary Grummer

Bottom bake element does not work. Tested good 21 ohms. Checked wiring & connections, all good. Can you tell me what to check next? Also self cleaning not working either. I can hear relays clicking when I touch the touch pad, but nothing happens. Thanks for any info on these problems.

I replaced the bottom bake element in the oven and the new element back left side of the coil does not seem to be heating up, the rest of the coil appears red when I turn on the oven and the whole back part of the coil remains black. Is this new element defective or is there something else wrong with the oven? The previous coil broke apart near the front. This oven is only four years old.
