Answer Hello Noni. Test for 3.2-3.6 volts AC at the gas safety valve with the igniter turned on. If the voltage is there, you have a bad safety valve. If the voltage is low, you have a weak igniter and the igniter will need to be replaced. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Answer Hello Richard. Check and make sure none of the lines on the regulator are leaking. If they are good, and the regulator is leaking, you will need to replace the pressure regulator 98007411. Hope this helps.

Answer Hello Ms. Paula. The igniter is not hard to replace. Just disconnect the power and remove the bottom of the oven to access the burner cover. Remove the cover and remove the screws securing the igniter. Pull out the old igniter and install the new igniter 98005652 in reverse order. Hope this helps.

Answer Hello Salvatore. Yes, the orifice could be dirty causing the problem. You can remove the orifice and try cleaning it. Hope this helps.

Answer Hello Sal. First you will want to make sure you have enough gas pressure coming into the unit. You should have a minimum of 0.1psi and a max of 0.5-0.6 psi. Do you have any issues when you bake? Thanks!
