Answer Hello Carlos. You will need to remove the door from the oven. To do this, open the door half way, and lift it off. Once removed, you will need to remove the screws holding the door together and disassemble the oven door. Reinstall in reverse order. Be sure and pay attention to how it comes apart for reassembly. I have a pristine Jenn air that is about 30 years old. I would like to change the door to a more modern looking white one, What are my options if any? If I can find one with the same type hinges would that work? Could I just change the glass? Can you tell me what parts would be compatible with such an old model?

Answer Nana, Unfortunately there are no newer models that the door would be compatible with a 30 year old unit.

I have a Maytag Gemini oven, model # MER6770AWW (serial number: 14893822YD) and the bottom oven door broke. Just the outerglass part. What's the part number for that outer piece of glass, and would I require any other parts to fix it?

I broke the the handle off the door is there any way of replacing the handle, it snapped right off the white part do I have to replace the door or just the handle.

Answer Hello! The outer door glass is part number 74006636. You will need the foil tape for the sides and the top of the glass however, on your model it has discontinued. We have foil tape available from our common parts you can also use, just cut to fit your glass. The part number is TJMA-322-3. Thanks!

We have a gemini MGR6772BDQ, my husband broke the outer glass door on the lower oven. I have been told the bisque door is no longer available. Can you provide the proper part numbers for the door in white for both the upper & lower ovens along with the handles, trim, etc so I can decide if I just want to replace the one door or all the parts?
