I screwed up and bought this samsung microwave at best buy as an open box purchase and I don't have any of the filters for it. Can you give me the part numbers for the bottom filters and the charcoal filters? And are those the only filters I need? Thank you

Is the grease filter for this model permanent or does it need to be replaced periodically? Even if it is permanent, what would be the identification # for replacing the current filter? Also, I do not have the user manual for this model, and I do not see it listed on the internet; how can I get hold of the user manual for this Whirlpool model? Thank you for your assistance!

Samsung Microwave "over the stove" installation. I am looking for two grease filters, but mine only measure 6 3/4" wide by a little under 6 3/4" long. Is there a grease filter that will work with this Microwave? Thx, Rick

I tried to ask samsung but they got stuck on the charcoal filter that I can figure out. What I can't figure out is how to even take the grease filters out cause there's no clear way to just "slide them out" without, it seems, dropping the bottom of the microwave. their website says "grab the tab and slide left". when i look at the bottom of the microwave that makes ZERO sense cause i can't slide it cause the side of the microwave is in the way. but i'll need (2) grease filters cause i've never cleaned them yet, a charcoal filter and a replacement underneath bulb that would shine on the stove below it. can you help me understand how to remove a simple filter and i'll buy all this from you? thanks! jerry
