Answer Hello Matt. If the heater is showing resistance, it is good. You will need to test the thermostat 10442411 for continuity. It should read closed when cold. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. Answer Hello Edward. You will need to use needle nose pliers to remove the clips. Unhook the front side of the clip from the evaporator first. Be careful not to punch a hole in the evaporator. Hope this helps.
