Answer Hello Steve. Yes, 1 tube of the adhesive Y055980 should be enough to replace the seal. It does not require a lot of glue to hold the seal on the unit. Allow around 6 to 8 hours to cure on the unit. Hope this helps.

Answer Hello Lintqueen. You can use the high temperature adhesive Y055980 on the felt, but don't use a lot of it and make sure it is completely dry before using the filter. It is best to replace the filter. Hope this helps.
