I need a control board AP4014490, how long do you expect them to be out of stock?
Answer Hello Nicole! The manufacturer has supplied an Estimated Time of Arrival of 05/11/2011 for control board 12920710. Keep in mind this is an estimated time and the date is subject to change if the manufacture is not capable of keeping their promise date with our company. Thanks.

My Maytag Refrigerator's ice maker developed a mind of it's own. It started not dispensing ice/water & started blinking. Like Judy, the trap door started opening & closing on it's own. do you also recommend the Main Control Board to be the culprit ??
Answer Ray, Yes, the high voltage control board 12920710 on the back of your refrigerator is the culprit. The engineers determined that several years ago. You also want to make sure the power cord is plugged into a polarized and grounded 120 VAC outlet, and that you proper seat the harness connectors in place on the new board.
The keyboard on the front does not respond when touch any key you get a beep. You can turn off the power with the power button.
Answer Hello Kenny. You need to check and see if the controls are in the child lock mode. If not, then you will need to order and replace the interface W10145242 on the dispenser.

Answer Hello Bill. Disconnect the power and pull out the unit. Access the cover on the back of the unit and remove it. Once removed, you can remove the old board and install new board. Then replace the cover and plug the unit back in. Go the front dispenser and follow instructions sent with the board and reprogram the new board.
