I need a control board AP4014490, how long do you expect them to be out of stock?
Answer Hello Nicole! The manufacturer has supplied an Estimated Time of Arrival of 05/11/2011 for control board 12920710. Keep in mind this is an estimated time and the date is subject to change if the manufacture is not capable of keeping their promise date with our company. Thanks.

When will part #AP4014490 be available? It is the HV control board for my H2O refrigerator.
Answer Hello David,
When a part is listed out of stock it simply means that we have none on hand. If you order the part today it will ship in 5 to 6 business days.
What is the install procedure for part number 12920710?
Answer Hello Bill. Disconnect the power and pull out the unit. Access the cover on the back of the unit and remove it. Once removed, you can remove the old board and install new board. Then replace the cover and plug the unit back in. Go the front dispenser and follow instructions sent with the board and reprogram the new board.
I replaced the Hv board and it won't accept the program code 1311
Answer Jamie, A couple of things to check. Make sure you verify the correct model number (no numbers after the AEB), and verify you have the correct control board for the model number you have. Verify the correct personality code to to enter, it is printed on the production / serial tag inside the refrigerator, in the lower right hand corner of the tag. Remember your time is limited between button presses, you can't read and press buttons at the same time, it takes too long. You have to do it 1,2,3 (in miliseconds) or the board won't accept the program or code. If necessary, you may have to remove power to the refrigerator in between attempts.
Maytag refrigerator door alarm light blinks, the lights are off and having frost in freezer. I turn breaker off than on again and lights work and alarm is off for about a minute than all goes again. Light switch top and bottom defrost timer ?
If there is frost on the rear wall of the freezer compartment then a defrost issue is most likely. You would want to test the defrost heater and defrost thermostat for continuity. If the frost is at the front of the door then you will want to check to make sure that you are getting a good seal on the freezer door. If the defrost heater and thermostat check ok and the coils are impacted with ice then the issue would be a faulty main control board.
