Washer operates poperly during all wash cycles. Spin cycle gets louder and louder. Tub wobbles all over. I purchased a transmission for the unit. Will this cover my problem?

My washer makes a loud noise when in the wash cycle. The Spin cycle is working normally. When I manually spin then drive belt in one direction the tub spins, the other direction nothing happens. Is the splined shaft for the agitator supposed to spin in that direction? And is that a transmission problem?

My washer makes a rhythmic screeching noise during agitation and a squealing noise during spin. No water is leaking, it spins clothes out dry, I have made sure it is leveled, I have replaced the belt. What do I do next? Transmission or Thrust Bearing Kit?

I have noticed water on floor. I removed front and rear panels. Water coming from under drum and agitator. Not sure what part its called, maybe trans or agitator drive bell seal. It's metal with tabs keeping it together. Main metal piece between bottom of drum and bottom of washer. Hoses look fine drain pump looks fine. I don't think it's the tub bearing seal. What common problem with this model could it be?

The center shaft is loose. This causes the agitator shake is there anyway to stablize the shaft?

Washer loses speed during spin then picks back up. Also has a whine to it. I replaced thrust bearing and pulley. Still, when rotating counterclockwise, cam wont lift brake because shaft spins not allowing cam to rise and push up on brake. Is this because the brake is not holding? Also , if I remove trans pulley, I can spin shaft by hand either direction. The agitator is the only thing that moves regardless the direction the shaft is rotated.
