My ice dispenser will not take ice cubes to front of door when you push on the door. I started to checked it out. The thing that's turns is not turning. So I took all ice out took ice bucket let it dry out. Now I also took apart the part where the gear should meet with the other and turn around. I dropped the parts and don't remember how to put it back together. Please help video pictures would be great. Or step by step.

HELP!! RE: Kenmore/Whirlpool Ref. DISPENSER front. A few weeks ago, with the help of your video, I replaced Item #6 Pt # 2180352/2180353 and Item #15, Pt # 2180226. All OK. Today I find the Item #7 Ice Door #6 will not close. I discovered that the right hinge mount for the pin, Item #5 Pt # 2196195, has failed. The video shows this to be a circular ring on both sides, through which the pin must slide. My version has a ring for the pin on the left side and a "V" mount on the right side. The bottom of the "V" has cracked and spread the "V". As you may know, this is not a removable part. What is the best "FIX" for this? Thank you for your help. Al

What do I do if one of the mounts in the housing that the pin (that holds the spring) goes through is broken? It seems to be molded into the housing in the door itself. It would be part #1 in the diagram for the "Dispenser Front Parts". (http://www.appliancepartspros.com/whirlpool-ice-door-kit-8201649-ap3595356.html) So far I have not been able to find that part (# 1) anywhere, without having to buy the entire freezer door. What would you do? Does Appliance Parts Pros carry that part? Thanks for the videos. They are very well done. Lance
