How easy is this to install?????
Answer Hello Kevin. These are not to hard to install. Just remove the screws holding the icemaker in place, and disconnect the wires to the icemaker. You will need to remove the arm from the old icemaker and install it on the new one. Reinstall in reverse order. Hope this helps.

Do I need to prime ice maker. When I plugged it in no water enter the fill tray
Answer Hello Dave. No. But the freezer has to get it cold enough to cycle and bring in the water.
The ice maker makes ice cubes but it leaks into the tray forming large ice chunks.
Answer Hello George. If the icemaker is leaking, replace the icemaker in the unit. If it is overfilling, you will need to replace the water valve in the unit.
